SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at G'lore! Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your package at any time.

Customs & Duties G'lore ships internationally. Please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Delays While we always strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, G'lore is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At G'lore, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Eligibility Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
 

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • In the original packaging, with all seals intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
     

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@glorevibe.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at hello@glorevibe.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with instructions

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days
     

Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange a product, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while your return is being processed, to avoid stock availability issues.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case G'lore will cover the return shipping.
 

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code

  • Gift cards
